This document is a guideline to use if any situation demands

What is a dangerous situation?

I will be available on my WhatsApp number and my private Signal number. I have also enabled roaming services on both numbers. You can contact me directly at any time.

However, if you are unable to reach me and the following conditions occur, you should consider that I might be in a dangerous situation requiring your intervention to rescue me:

1. I am not available on either phone, and both phones are switched off or not connecting.
2. You have not received any messages from me for more than 6 hours.
3. WhatsApp and Signal messages are not being delivered.
4. My family members also do not have any information about me.

What steps you have to take in this situation?

Don’t panic, think logically and do the following

• Try to contact Mr Augustin via Whatsapp, he is the guy from Congo who I am dealing with. His number is +243 996 785 612

• Please contact my hotel and ask them to connect with me or convey the message that I am not available.
